What concerns should we have around patent issues where national security is inv0lved? In-q-tel (www.in-q-tel.com) is the vc arm for the CIA and military investing in new technology with both commercial and intelligence applications. I believe current pres of ASU is chair.. so how does making patents easier to get around affect national security?
